If you kids device is not reporting data when you think they have used their device, please take a look at the following:
1. Make sure that the app is still installed on their device.
2. Make sure that device has network connection, it's not in airplane mode, etc
3. iOS device: Launch the app on kid's device and check if there is a banner message asking you to re-install MDM profile. If yes, follow simple steps.
