Most ZenScreen users are on a free plan OR on a premium plan that was part of a promotion and did not require users to subscribe to any premium plan.
If you specifically subscribed to a paid plan, please read the following:
Android users: Your paid subscription has already been canceled and you will not be charged anything going forward.
iOS users: On your device, please go to App Store -> Tap on the avatar (top right) -> Subscriptions and cancel subscription from there. Apple does not allow wus to cancel automatically
